::This is my favorite bar on sixth. It's not for the younger crowd. It's a classic hotel bar, with lounge acts. The drinks are strong, the staff is attentive and it gets you off the 6th St hustle. A great place to have a drink and chat.

::Historic hotel and bar. Design is very well done and masculine. They offered Happy Hour on a Saturday which was great! They have tables, lounge areas and a bar. Plenty of TV's as well to catch your favorite football or basketball game. Drinks were good and well priced for Happy Hour.

::Stay here if you can! The hotel is beautiful and historic and located within walking distance of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. All staff members we encountered were very friendly and efficient and the room was very comfortable.

::The reviews before mine really say a lot about the Driskill Bar, and there is not much more to say. We went mid-day for cold drinks and a snack so it was pretty empty. There were initially four of us, and we were seated almost immediately. Then, we found out two others were joining us. There was not a table for six so we waited for one of the tables next to us to clear. It took a little while but finally, we were able to move the tables together and our other friends were able to join us. Being mid-day, and knowing we had a wedding dinner to go to that night, we did not partake in alcohol. My wife and I had iced tea - it was very fresh, cold, and delicious - something I can't always say about restaurants. Some had snacks - cake, ice cream, and everyone said it was good. I'd like to try it again in the evening to get the full experience. For an afternoon snack, it was fine.

::We were a party of three and our service was awful starting with room temperature water without an ice cube in sight. All the food was room temperature with the turkey breast having a ring of fat and the garden fresh vegetables were very under cooked with a sauce that tasted like A-1 steak sauce. No salad, no fresh fruit and not even a lemon or dill for the salmon that was swimming in oil. The serving of dried breakfast style pastries as a course after tomato bisque soup was not a good choice. Overall this year was under whelming and I am not sure we will continue our Easter tradition plus we missed the Easter buffet that is typically served. Tip was added into our bill not our server didn’t deserve a tip.
