  Most rooms face the atrium lobby, so the music and chatter are clearly audible in the rooms. Even at midnight on a Monday, the staff were too timid to tell people partying in the lobby to be quiet. Avoid this one if looking for a good night's rest.

  Beautiful, clean, friendly, gym, pool, breakfast included, restaurant and bar. Excellent Customer service... above and beyond. Good/decent neighborhood. Close to shops, food trucks next door to grocery store.

  Overall, we were satisfied with our decision to stay for the last day of our road trip at your hotel! Huge rooms with a unique mattress mechanism, which you can set up according to your preference, clean and with all necessary amenities! There is a gym and a big pleasant reception area! Parking space (although charged)! Friendly staff! We didn't use the pool because of the rain, but it is an excellent plus 😉 Some rooms are next to the road -a bit noisy! I would recommend an improvement in your healthy breakfast choices.

  Cool place. Hollywood style hip hotel with similar so. cal. charges (parking charge?!) Great beds but weak water pressure at least in my room. Downstairs breakfast offering was a ghost town. Strong staff. Good people.

  Excellent experience! Staff was extremely friendly, gave food recommendations on top of everything else. Maybe all the rooms weren't renovated... But the beds were great, and some of the best pillows I've had in awhile! I see a bunch of bad reviews here, but if you're going to a Niners game, sneaky good location for a ride share. Just stay in room 331, or at least a room with a balcony.
