  Sensei Carol has train directly in Okinawa Japan and she is amazing, 8 degree black belt, she’s a badass! She is the best in town (KELLER/US). She teaches traditional karate (Isshinryu) not that gimmicky technique if you’re looking for a place to study the true Okinawa style karate and Kobudo check this Dojo. Since I have started classes at The Dojo of Martial Arts I have noticed my stress levels have decreased and I feel more aware. I have dreams about kicking people ass… :) I have grown confidence in myself and it has affected all areas in my life.

  This is great school, with a great instructor! I came in looking for something a little more traditional and I found it. Was thrilled to find out that she also teaches weapons as well. Carol is very patient and understanding instructor. You learn more in this class than other martial arts.
