::Great training and cardio for those like me who want to stay fit, but find the regular gym extremely boring. But also do serious training for those that wish to take their fighting to the next level and want to compete. A fantastic way to exercise while at the same time working up a useful skill set. I love it for the relatively small classes, which allows the instructors (Gabe, JP, Juan among many others) to really take their time on each student, not to mention the friendly environment that after a while feels like family. Choose among morning and evening time slots for Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with the afternoons reserved for the little ones. Also open mat on Sundays. They have drop in rates and memberships, and offer free classes for anyone wanting to try it out. I’ve been coming for over a year and I can’t get enough.
