::The guys in the bike shop are awesome! They have helped me two days in a row and have very good pricing. Highly recommended, also my new favorite spot to hang in Denver

::As a neighbor who doesn't care for coffee, I have walked by The Denver Bicycle Cafe many times on my way to other destinations. Finally, my Schwinn cruiser had a flat front tire recently, giving me a reason to stop in. The people on the bicycle side were very friendly and helpful, and the people on the coffee side were also friendly and even able to find a soda to suit my persnickety and apparently unconventional tastes in beverages. Having graduated from passer-by to customer, I am now happy to recommend The Denver Bicycle Cafe to others!

::Always had a good time at this spot. Nice folks and cool scene with all the bikes. You can also get your bike tuned up while you chill and drink beer.

::I have frequented this cafe for years because I have been a working student for so long and weekend mornings are a precious time to get things done. My range of spending varies depending on how hungry I become during my stay. Sometimes, I'm giving them all my money. Sometimes, I am pinching pennies. Coffee is fair, nothing out of this world. They have quite an assortment of beers, food, and pastries. If you're early, there are day old pastries for $2 each. Tamales are delicious and moist. Staff members have usually been friendly. Today, I had an unpleasant exchange with someone behind the bar (I'm pretty sure it was the owner) that will keep me from going back. According to her reply below, the $8 I spent when I arrived was not enough to qualify as âanythingâ. There are too many coffee shops that provide better service and coffee to insist on returning to this particular spot. If there are expectations (spending minimums, time limits, small talk necessities) a customer should meet in order to avoid passive aggressive comments, they should be posted so we can all get along and carry on.

::I discovered this place shortly after moving into my place 6 years ago. It's my favorite Saturday/Sunday morning (afternoon if it was a late night) place to get coffee and a light bite. The staff is very nice and accommodating to everyone. The staff in the bike shop is amazing too. I love riding my bike but I have very little knowledge of bike mechanics. Whenever I bring it in to have it looked at, they have never made me feel stupid for an issue that ended up being a super easy thing to repair that I could have easily done myself. Suggestion\Question: Do you guys ever hold classes on basic bike mechanics?
