  Amazing restaurant. I was visiting Chicago for a few hours on a cold December 30th, 2016. It was cold and humid until my stomach started to gurgle for hunger. My family and I went to this fancy, delicious restaurant near the underground metro. The service at the Dearborn is outstanding, definitely coming back if I'm ever visiting Chicago for an extended time!

  Outstanding food with an even better wine selection. Service was above average as well. The only disappointment was the lack of gelato on the dessert menu, which I know they make fresh in house.

  The Fish and Chips was well executed and I would order it again. The short ribs were a perfect tenderness, but I would have liked substantially more horseradish to balance the sweet reduction. Good dish but it did not match my tastes.

  The scallops were delicious! I know that most places do this, but the waiter suggested a wine and after tasting, our friend did not enjoy. Without a question, he replaced it with something that was much more enjoyable! We all know that it can be done, but he made our guest feel comfortable with sending the glass back - which I appreciated.

  Fiercely decorated in Chicago style, this lovely bar/restaurant calls you in from the street. While we only snacked on appetizers, we were impressed by how quickly the food came seeing that the place was packed! The brussel sprouts are accompanied by pumpkin seeds and a rather acidic but tasty dressing. The Mac n cheese was subtle enough and addictive enough. Highly recommend!
