  Burnt the prawns beyond recognition. Terrible. Anyone who knows what they're doing wouldn't serve something this burnt. This place has really gone downhill.

  In the area just for a day working, I felt hungry, so I’m looking at the bar for hours so I finally have a small window to approach the bar,& place a order! Mind you I’m looking at the menu up high a waitress was do to my left, suddenly I lose sight of her? I then someone behind the counter with the black hat to my right says “we are not serving right now we are counting the till” I wave as to say I understand! So I move on looking for lunch! But I’m out my element with the seating down for lunch! Not even 1min. Later I noticed a female going head first to the same bar, she had a drink & a snack before I could get back to work! Mind you I am 40 feet from them working! So I approached them again! “She’s counting the till!” Yes I am BLACK!! Why??

  I Love "The Catch Of The Day"! Its my go to place. Great Food, Great Prices. I always get the Halibut Fish & Chips w/ their perfectly seasoned fries. I love their fresh & homade tartar sauces. Especially the Jalepeno Tartar Sauce. Its so much better than ivars. Plus the atmosphere is so fun for everyone. A Great Place To Bring Your Friends & Family For The Whole Day Or Go By Yourself And People Watch At Point Ruston.

  Best fish and chips I have ever had! Sadly the staff were unfriendly. Counter was not clean and condiment area was empty and out of ice. Since it was delicious I rate it high, but it was a poor first impression considering it was not that crowded. Also, outdoor seating is so lame. Five tables to stand at, no chairs at all. Give us a welcoming environment please!

  Pretty good food. Had the cod fish and chips and the clam and chips. Picnicked by the water on a warm Sunday afternoon. They were busy and ran out of ice but refilled pretty quick. Good tartar sauce.
