  Terrible service, I walked in and the hair stylist they sent me to was very unfriendly, sitting down and looked like she didn't want to be bothered. She didn't wash my hair properly at all. There was no lathering and scrubbing or thorough wash. Not to mention I didn't get a proper blowout. She did not section off my whole head. After she dried it -she put a huge glob of oil to make up for the lack of straighting. Then I called to complain to the owner when I saw all the dandruff in my hair when I got outside. The owner said she'd reimburse me and make up for it but she never did. Overall if I can rate this zero stars I would ! My niece from Saunders cosmo does a 10x better than these people. They should retire.
