  Beautiful redone historical hotel. Service, decor, everything is great. Breakfast has a solid selection in a space with natural light. Evening has live music and good menu. My grandmother thought it was exactly how a hotel should be.

  Take a step back in time. Nice place to meet for lunch or happy hour. Good seats inside are Limited get there early. Live music after 7 p.m

  The upstairs lounge is Ultra moody, chill, and great music while the downstairs restaurant/bar has live 20s-50s period music- such a great detail. I'm in live with this place and will definitely be coming back! Oh, their drinks are so fun!

  Came to the hotel for The Velvet Lounge. It was a little tough to find. You need to walk through the restaurant area and up the stairs. This was a really chill bar. The music is loud enough to hear without being so loud that you can't hear. There are couches and comfy chairs throughout. Be warned, this place is expensive. A cocktail will run you about $14. Overall, I highly suggest this bar.

  My favorite local hangout. Live music every night. Enjoy the nostalgia of a historic landmark while dining or lounging in the lobby-turned-restaurant-bar. The interior makes for a warm, throw-back ambiance. Food has not (yet) been up to par with the great expectations raised by the venue’s splendid appearance. However, having a tea or wine is more enjoyable than anywhere else in Culver City.
