  Great view, attentive staff (unattentive reception), terrible food. First off, the flavor and presentation of the food was alright. We both ordered tea roasted duck and lobster [pasta], both were very overcooked and rubbery — not acceptable, I expected better especially given the prices.

  Nightmare at The Crescent! No hot water! Cold spa with no music! Not prepared for guests! Horrible customer service! Horrible!!!
