  I truly struggle to put in to words how incredibly happy I am that we chose The Copper House for our wedding venue. The property itself is so well put together and was perfect for our intimate wedding. The ease of doing business, the property amenities, the personal touches by the owners…all just added to making our day even more special! We chose to stay the evening and were able to enjoy the amazing home as well. I highly recommend The Copper House or The Stanley! Thank you for being such incredible hosts!

  We had the pleasure of participating in an event at The Copper House and we were truly blown away! Every detail was carefully considered, attendees felt welcome and hosts/vendors were well-prepared and professional. The Copper House is a an absolute gem nestled in Downtown Chandler. If you get the chance to stay there, or attend an event, I highly recommend it!

  Where to even begin!!!! Two years in a row now us and a group of friends have stayed at this rental and words do not do it justice. Last year we stayed at the Stanley and it was amazing and this year we all stayed at the Copper House and it was more than amazing!! Much more!!!!!! The layout is fantastic and so inviting with the lawns and the oversize swim spa. The interior design is incredible, so well thought out and the decor is something you would see on Sell it or List It and those other TV shows!!!!!!!!! Another attraction about this rental is that you are literally one minute walking distance to several bars and restaurants in Chandler!!!! No need to drive anywhere as all you have to do is step foot outside the property and everything is right there. We have decided that this will be a yearly event for us and cannot until next year. If you are looking to host out of town friends, special events, or anything really, check this place out. On top of everything else, the owners are so nice and so thoughtful and are people you will love to support. Fay & Elisya

  My husband and I celebrated our wedding here and it was beyond what we could imagine. The house was beyond suited for an event with a speaker system, misters and all of the rental furniture you’d need (like tables, beautiful folding chairs and high tops) were all on property ready for use. The yard space was perfect for the ceremony and reception, not to mention there were cute little pockets that were perfect for photos. Our guests could not stop raving about our venue and how close it was to all the bars and restaurants. The hosts were in constant contact with us and sent us how to videos on ever single thing in the house and yard. Not to mention there’s a binder that shows you step by step in setting anything and everything up. We cannot stress enough how incredible our stay and event was. I highly recommend this and the Stanley to stay at!

  The owners were so helpful and very responsive. They made planning a business mixer at the Copper House easy and stress free. The location is so beautiful and spacious, the pictures don't even do it justice plus the feedback from guests was incredible. I would 100% recommend booking this event space.
