  This was my first time in the store & it is a very interesting place to shop there is almost any kind of storage items that you may need. They also carry closet organizer

  Customer service was impeccable! I hate that I can't remember her name, but the person who assisted me was so helpful, and sweet!

  I've gotten better service at Wal-Mart. I came by today to see about piecing together parts for a desk I need to build for my daughter, and apparently I was the only one I the store interested in helping. Was in the store for 15 minutes, and not one single employee even acknowledged me. Spent several minutes in each department looking around and not once did any of the employees in those areas go so far as to even say "hi", or "I will be right with you".....Just totally ignored. I don't know if it is because this is the "rich and snobby" attitude many in Southlake seem to have at times, but they will now enjoy the sight of me spending my dollars at their competitors.

  The store is stocked with many useful items to be used on a daily basis. I've purchased many items here, and have had little, if any, problems with the merchandise. The store personnel seem to be helpful, and are willing to assist, when possible. Their prices are a little high for many items, and the store tends to be limited in variety with other items. Overall, it's a good store for finding that something to fill a need.
