::Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Curated menu and crafted cocktails. Perfection takes time so don't be in a rush. And the most beautiful and thoughtful design and decor that any restaurant in Atlanta has to offer. Seriously, if you love to be in beautiful places and eat great food, look no further.

::The restaurant is a bit hidden and set back off of 10th Street. But Google maps takes you to the correct location. Great, funky decor. One of the very nice things is how quiet the space is. You can easily carry on a conversation. The menu changes every 3 months to keep things fresh and interesting. The bar makes craft cocktails which can take a good while to receive if the restaurant is busy. Food is tapas style and very tasty but a bit pricey for what you get. Service is good and the staff knows the menu, cocktails, and wines very well.

::We just came from dinner tonight what an amazing experience the food and flavors were outstanding! The drinks were unique and each dish was a different experience, Johnny was our waiter and we couldn't of had anyone better. Thank you for taking us on a trip!

::I like the restaurant interior and it's food. Plus it's not as loud as some restaurants. So our group really got to talk with each other. I had the burger and it's one of the best I've had. Before I stayed with the theme of the country they had chosen for this three months. We shared all the small plates and they were great. So no matter what you chose it's a fun dining experience!

::The Consulate is now one of my favorite places in Atlanta. The ambiance is so funky, yet relaxing. We sorta felt like we were in some 1960s European spy film or maybe an Austin Powers flick with a little more finesse...very eclectic. As for the food and drinks...everything was spectacular. However, I need to call out a couple by making a few bold claims. First up, The Diplomat is potentially the Best Burger in Atlanta. Really, it will hit your buds in all the right places. Second, The "Spanish Style" gin tonic is one of the best cocktails in the city. While packed with complex flavors, it is so perfectly balanced you will likely want another. Lastly, The Consulate changes part of the menu every 90 days to another county's cuisine so check the website.
