  Memories for a lifetime. Pool area divided into two identical pools/layouts, one kid-friendly and one for the single/couples/mix and mingles - resort harmonizes the two crowds admirably! Vacation with the kids and still feel like you are getting some R+R too. Excellent service and attention to detail. Great restaurant on site. Cinematic beach front!

  If you’re African American and LGBT, the service will be sub par. My wife and I were treated as if we did not exist. The room was damaged that we checked into. Air conditioning was not controlled, obvious wear and tear in the room. We had to ask house cleaning to clean our room on our second night after tipping them the first night. Room service did not get our orders right and we had to return our food and go out of the hotel to eat. Bar service at the pool did not recognize us and didn’t offer any service when others around us were clearly asked if they wanted anything. The only memorable experience was the Valet guys in the front of the hotel. They were pleasant and always smiled. We felt welcomed and they often gave suggestions to where to eat. While management seemed understanding when we brought some things to their attention, I wish we never had the unpleasant experience in the first place.

  Solid hotel option. Good location although a little taxi ride to the main streets in south beach. Friendly staff that go out of their way to help you. I was there for a Corporate event and it was well run with excellent food and drink options. Pool area nice too. Not large but nicely structured and good access to the beach.

  Stayed here two nights for our anniversary. Absolutely wonderful service from the staff to make our stay enjoyable. We had very noisy neighbors and the staff did their best to make it right. The beach is pristine and the pool area is an awesome backyard themed hangout. Only downside is beach umbrellas are an extra charge. Pool area however has umbrellas for free. Parking garage 6-7 min walk away is only $8 a night if you want to avoid the hefty valet fee. Highly recommend staying here!

  Amazing stay at this Hyatt hotel in Miami. Spent 4 days here. The service at the “Bird and Bone” restaurant was great. Thanks to Marcelo and Larry. You both were awesome. Also spent some time getting a massage at the hotel spa. Highly recommend Donna who was amazing. She worked on getting all the soreness away from my body. Alfi at the front desk was also very helpful in trying to get us a room with a better view. Thanks to everyone at Confidante for a memorable vacation. Look forward to getting back some time soon. Cheers !!
