::Collective's sours are some of the best I've ever tasted. Can't wait to visit again soon!

::If you're looking for one of the finest sour producers in Texas, stop by Collective Brewing Project. They keep a few of their year-round offerings on tap, but the taproom always has a fun one-off.

::Always a great time. Brews are good and rotate frequently. Not a lot of beer snob vibe here. The food seems a little lacking quite often so take that into account. It's not had food, just hit or miss.

::Not sure about their beer but I'm also not sure I'll ever try it due to one of their drivers. He cut across 3 lanes of traffic on 635 going top speed. I didn't see him coming, since he was on my side, until the last second which happened to be good bc I was able to brake right before the hood of my car went missing. This might be some hourly employee, but when you drive a bright blue van with the logo all over it you might want to be mindful of how you're perceived by the way you drive.

::Excellent casual and cozy atmosphere. This is a craft brewery and taproom that serves mainly sour beers and barrel aged beers (the barrels/brew equipment are in the taproom and add to the atmosphere). Most of the beers here are pretty unique so I would ask the bar tender for recommendations before ordering something you may not like. That being said, they have some excellent beers. Prices are pretty typical. Coming here is a good way to spend an afternoon, especially if they are holding a game day or event of some kind.
