  I had a 2 pm appointment and I was on time. the receptionist was polite and helpful but they had me sitting there for over an hour,what's the point of making an appointment? while they were having their own conversations about buying computer stuff. Mind you they charge a $125 person to person fee for legal services which I paid 20min after being told to have a seat. I heard a woman's voice from in the background telling them you have a client outside waiting on you and as they were talking about nonsense and not wanting to show up to their court hearings, basically because they just want your money and they are lazy.they are not there to help you and The advise I receive was what's online for FREE that I researched ,not worth $125 or my 30 min ride. save your money looks elsewhere

  One of the best, professional, reasonable, flexible attorney's office ever. Of course i hope that i will not be needing to visit The Cintron Firm frequently in hopes that i do not get any tickets or run into any issues, but whenever i do, i do not worry or hesitate to call Mark as i know he always will put my mind at ease with a quick and easy to understand process. 10/10 star office in any shape and form. Thank you Mark and hope to see you soon for around Christmas time instead of calling you up with any other issues :)

  The Cintron Firm was very helpful with a license suspension and a ticket my son received for speeding. He is professional and level-headed. I would recommend Cintron highly if you have issues with traffic. They also charge a fair fee.

  Not good at all!!!! Supposedly a lawyer is to represent you and inform you about any legal question you may have right??. Well this firm did the complete opposite they acted like they care but once I sign the retainer forget about it. They don't pick up the phones (the lawyers) they don't inform you how the proceedings are going and that wasn't that bad until you realized that they drag the case the longer possible to charge you extra, yeah typical lawyer, and guess what....they rather to accommodate the other party instead of your own needs, because they don't want to "hurt the reputation" among lawyers.... Save your money because I spend about two thousand with this people and I'll be way better with a public defender!!!

  Mark is a phenomenal attorney! He genuinely cares and works hard to help you resolve your situation. This was my first time hiring an attorney but I have spoken to others, and many of the ones I've spoken to are jerks who feel they are too important to talk to you. Mark is down-to-earth and the client-attorney relationship feels more than that; for me it was like a big brother or close friend. If ever I am in need of an attorney & Mark can help, he would definitely be the first person I would call. Whenever I think I have a legal situation I think of him first & check his website to see if he is an expert in that area. His secretary or paralegal got upset one day and sort of yelled at me because of some miscommunication and that was my only bad experience throughout the process with the firm. However, Mark is such a caring attorney that not even that would stop me from going back.
