  I loved the food! However, the grubhub order was 1 hour and a half when it said 30 mins. When I called they had no history of the order... I was told to come by for the inconvenience and speak with a manager.

  It's Mother's Day and Eilleen's Kitchen is closed for renovation. This place should be packed but it's empty. It's a shame because the food is good and they have good coffee but the crappy service and lack of upkeep inside must be noted. Counter has peeling cracked paint. I had not so clean silverware. Hostess was a kid with a broken arm who was a bit rude and didn't know her menu. I almost ordered the wrong thing because she doesn't know a relatively simple menu. She in no way should be running front end.

  Awful. Ordered on seamless, which said delivery would be 30 minutes. Our food arrived 1 and a half hours later, ice cold. The restaurant was not apologetic at all, just said they were busy and couldn’t send the delivery guy out with less than four orders. So they didn’t even send him out with our order until an hour had already passed. My husband missed his train waiting. They didn’t offer to make it up in any way, and wouldn’t even let me cancel my order. The food itself was disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.
