  Giving 3 stars because I do LOVE these clothes, and I can typically get a pretty good deal. However, the website always gives me trouble! Half the time, my saved password won't work, and I'll have to go through a lengthy process of creating a new one, because it locks the account after 3 tries. When looking at items, they'll say "Only a few remaining" but 9/10 times the item is unavailable. I've even ordered clothing, gotten my confirmation email, and then a few days later received another email stating "X" amount of items I purchased were not available and so they would not be included in my order. The Coupons sometimes won't apply, and I feel like every other order I'm having to contact customer service over an error that happens after I made a purchase. The website could definitely use some tweaking.
