  The manager was TERRIBLE! I didnt catch his name but he is bald and heavy set. I placed an online order for in-store pick up and since I live 5 minutes away, figured I'd do some more browsing and pick up my item. Well I go to the cash register and he refuses to process my order and says I have to wait for the email which can take hours. I can understand that part, but what I don't understand is how rude he was about it. No apology for my inconvenience; nothing. He was just like "Nope, nothing I can do. You have to come back in three hours." Yet the store closed in one. Terrible customer service.

  I love this store ! But they need to have restrooms open for there customers with small children I asked for the restroom and was told that it’s next door at Bealls . My daughter have used the restrooms there before. Maby the lady’s in the front were having a bad day .

  Love this place. Very reasonable. Being a single parent this store is a blessing.
