  I usually like this store, but my most recent experience left me walking out without buying anything and I was more than prepared to shop. The associate, I'm assuming she was a supervisor because she was dealing with deposit money, didn't bother to help me search for a particular pair of pants, didn't offer to check another store, didn't do anything to assist me. I've worked customer service for many years so I know what good customer service looks like. This was no where near good. I won't be shopping here again.

  The associate gave me a hard time and kept pushing for an exchange because I did not have a receipt. I asked for an alternative and at the very end found out there was a 1-800 number that emailed me my receipt within minutes after I left the store. While standing there I had three associates staring at me as if this were a theft case, mind you I had both of my little ones with me. The customer service was non existent, come to find out I was dealing with the store manager Olivia. Needless to say I will not be returning to this clackamas location.
