  Very very disappointed of this place ! What it seems like it should be a simple procedure ended it up being a nightmare for my 2.5 y o baby girl. For M.R.I and blood work. *Schedule an appt over than 2.5 months wait. *We were told anesthesiologist would be there ,never see one the whole time . Instead we got sedation dr who can performed the procidure. * Waiting time to my daughter was able to have everything done approximate 4/2 hrs With a Fasting baby all night.and the whole morning we were scheudle by 9 @m Ready to go...with out food or liquids for more than expected time how can a baby understand that ...very dramatical circumstance. * To put to sleep a baby this is what we had... 1st procidure performed unsuccessfull awful experience seeing your baby suffer confuse and disorient and couldnt go down and staff no being able to help at all 2nd procidure performed unsuccessful. 3 rd procidure performed I .V. * personal very uncompetitive,taking so much time and no realizing that children's are being dealing with an awful experience,even to put.a bandits took.them.5 mints. After all and seeing how.our baby was past out from all the medications that she hadprocidure of the M.R.I and blood work was done. They wanted to give her only 25 mints after to realised form the recovery room,very unconsidered staff. Try to talk a supervisor or someone in charge about our uncomfortable experience and our concerns and noone had any idea how to handle this. Overall ,place was very nice ,cafeteria great ambient and clean,but services on the room for imaging,awfulness experience, will see the billing part when it come the time. You will think it is a exclusive children's hospital so they should be more prepared and competitive nurses and Doctors To being in a place like this were kids are very unpredictable. :(

  Great hospital but I been here since 11pm and barely got put in a room at 2:30am. Been here during the day time and staff moves way quicker than night shift, and I don't understand how they put someone in a room with a tv and the tv is broken but they want us to sit waiting with no reception in the room. To top it off I told the staff my child has the flu they did her vitals and her heart rate was at 170 and her temp was at 104 and they still had me go back in waiting area and wait too much

  Very professional Staff.... Prompt and very courteous service... Very knowledgeable With the tasks at hand Lots of compassion for My Son... We had went to hospital because of Lots of pain with my son and his broken arm .they took EVERYTHING very serious and there were no shortcuts when handling my son... Apparently mission trails hospital had the wrong split my son's arm the wrong way in which causing more pain that didn't go away it made it worse... After explaining the situation would happen at mission trails the staff at the children's hospital went over and beyond to take care of my son and told us not to worry about a thing. Thank you to MD O' Brian ,Ms Patti, Mrs Andrea and Xray lady. Thank you so much !!!!!

  Came in at 2 an it’s 8 am. Barely got seen by doc an hour or two ago. An still currently waiting for results an medicine to go home. Don’t go here. Save yourself the time and trouble an go somewhere better

  We had a family member stay here for a week for surgery and recovery. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wonderful visits by the Sisters. Only complaint was the street noise but that' wasn't the hospitals fault...it was the motorcyclist who drove by in the middle of the night and revved it up. Beautiful and highly recommended!
