  I love the Gourmet Olive Oil varieties they carry. The Gourmet Balsamic Vinegars that are bottled to compliment these amazing oils. I use the Olive Oil every day. They also carry some speciality items to serve\compliment the oils and vinegar. You can sample until you find the combination that suits your taste.

  My wife and I were in Old Town Sacramento for an emergency preparedness event and happened by The Chef's Olive Mix store. How fortunate for us! We went in and tried a variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, and they were all delicious, and the differences in taste were intriguing. Despite the number of patrons in the store, my wife and I were treated like VIP's as the staff and owner(s) educated us on the fine points of olive oils. We bought some of our favorites and have enjoyed them since then. We can't wait to go back!

  Good service. A good variety of things to try. A nice place to check out in old town Sacramento. They have specials if you buy multiple items.

  GREAT products! The ability to taste vinegars and oils. Prices are a little steep but certainly worth it for a good product.

  I use Olive oil extensively in all our dishes. This place had probably close to 100 different varieties. You can taste and then decide which ones to purchase. The staff were very helpful.
