  Terrible service. The food was cold and not as described. Flavor was ok. My boyfriend always gets the chicken and biscuits. This time it had onions in it, and he can't have onions. Nowhere in the description in the menu did it say they started adding onion to it. My dish was underwhelming and the pasta was very plain, nowhere what i was expecting based on the description. Not coming back again, we gave them a second chance, and it wasn't worth it. They just don't give a sh!+ anymore.

  We visited just before a meeting on Saturday and the food and service were both really great. Our server was incredibly helpful and patient. She also helped us look through the many amazing foods on their menu. The food itself was great, cooked just right and very flavorful, my only complaint was that my blended mango margarita didn't have much of a mango taste to it, but I can't complain too much because even then there wasn't an overwhelming alcohol bitterness like most cheaper margaritas I've had. Overall the food came out really fast and we had plenty of time left over to make it to our meeting.one thing I suggest is to try to make it in between rush hour at lunch and dinner, that way they're less busy and the service and time are a bit better. The food wasn't cheap but the price was still a good deal for the size and quality of food that we ordered. We did order the cheesecake too, but it was gone before I could get any pictures. The chocolate raspberry cheesecake is incredible and my absolute favorite so far

  Food was okay in general but my son’s kids meal had a tiny burger and no cheese (we ordered cheese burger for him). Our server was covering too many tables hence forgetting what we need...(kids meal menu and refill drink). The cheesecake we ordered was very good.

  The hostess was extremely rude when we arrived and I stated we had eleven people in our party. She said she would not seat us until the majority of the party arrived. I told her I had called earlier in the day and was informed only one person needed to show about 30 minutes prior so they could get tables together. She rolled her eyes and said not true. I had 3 members of the party there. When 8 were there she then took our name and gave me a pager and said when it went off she would give a wait time. Approximately 5-7 minutes later it went off and she said it would be 45 minutes, mind you at this time the whole party is present. It seemed like a manager person in purple was present and did not volunteer any assistance. This was very poor customer service as we had already been there 30 minutes and gave ample warning to the size of our party. I will gladly tell everyone I know of this experience and will not ever go there again.

  The food at Cheesecake Factory is consistently wonderful. There's a fantastic variety from burgers to salads to pasta to my favorite Thai lettuce wraps. Not to mention the cheesecake. If I hadn't just had bad service (for the first time ever) I would have gladly given it five stars. Give me a week or two and I'll probably up my rating. Go, eat, enjoy! Just get a different waitress than I had.
