  No me gusto por una simple cosa no te dan lo que venden te ofrecen un increible hotel el cual es un desastre. Te conviene bajar por las escaleras ya que para todo el hotel hay dos ascensores con velocidad de tortuga Y si llevas auto prepárate para dejar toda la billetera ya que el "vallet parking" sale mas caro que comprarse un cochera Lo unico bueno es la buena ubicacion,cerca al capitolio y al centro de Nashville

  I wish I could do 3.5 stars because I think 3 stars is to low and 4 stars is too high (duh). When we were looking online at this hotel, we came away with the impression that this was a similar quality to the Sheraton but it isn't. What it is, is an old motel style place with nice styling, but it's a bit like putting lipstick on a pig. The staff was really friendly and responsive, and the room was clean, but everything else was just a little underwhelming. If my expectations were more in line with what the hotel actually is, I would have given it 4 stars.

  I arrived in Nashville around 10:00 in the morning and was able to check in early. The staff greeted me at the door and everyone was very friendly. I had booked an inexpensive rate online and was impressed with what I got. The room wasn't necessarily fancy, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. I was meeting a local friend for lunch a few blocks over and loved how the hotel is within walking distance to everything downtown, from restaurants and museums during the day to a stroll along Broadway and Printers Alley at night. The only issue I experienced was not being able to access Wi-Fi in my room, but it could have been an issue with my phone. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast the next morning and had everyone was very friendly again as I checked out. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Nashville.

  Great location downtown within walking distance of Broadway and all the bars & music! Staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. Always smiling and courteous. Excellent complete breakfast buffet including eggs, sausage, pancakes, orange juice, etc...the full spread! When visiting Nashville again, we will stay at the Capitol Hotel Downtown!

  The staff was amazing. Not only are they great at their job they genuinely care about making sure everyone enjoys their stay and are beyond helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Love the decor of the entire hotel. The HOT breakfast in the mornings is a great, wonderful bonus. I highly recommend the pancakes and biscuits and gravy.
