  My first visit with this center was pleasant however after that my experience has been a nightmare. I was recently diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and was referred here by a doctor that was taking care of the chemo part of my treatment. I was suppose to do a pet scan and do radiation here. I was told my insurance denied this claim but on my insurance app and talking to my insurance it’s been approved. Richard at front desk seems like a really nice sweet man but didn’t seem to care to help me with this issue after it got “complex”No phone call at least to refer me somewhere else. No call to my oncologist about issue. Nothing. Upon doing research seems like the cancer center at Hackensack is much much better. Also being in retail for over 20 years and a manager for over 10 years, I would never allow my store or any employees to have this much lack of communication or show lack of care for any customer. I would advise to stay away from here. There’s better areas within a few miles of here with outstanding reviews. Oh and the last response from Richard was “we are not in network with your insurance” no, “hey Alex we’ll call your doctor we’ll figure this out don’t worry” more like “yeah we don’t take your insurance and I have better things to do” I think at best maybe Richard should work in another area of Hospital where maybe he’s just responsible for greeting patients as they walk in.

  I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017 this center provided an excellent treatment to patients. Cindy and Mary very professional to take care every patient I can write a lot but overall the professional staff and place is safe and excellent to be treat. Thank you st Mary’s cancer

  My father Diogenes Rodriguez has received great service while receiving treatments at St. Mary's General Hospital. He's especially grateful for how friendly Paul, Evelina and Micheal were to him.

  I can't say enough about the help I received at the cancer center at Saint Marys general hospital. The staff was incredible and very caring at the scariest time in my life. Karla , Rich, Marie , Cindy and especially Vivian and Dr. Khan were there with me every step of the way. The center is brand new , very clean and I'm happy to say I'm cancer free! Thank you everyone!!!!!!!

  Center seems to be totally renewed, Oncology people are super nice and friendly, flexible hours for the appointments, convenient parking next to the center. My mother had a great experience lately and was happy to have her treatment there at St Mary's Cancer Center. I would recommend this place ! You don't need to go too far if you can have your treatment right at the Community Hospital not far from your home, very convenient with professional people taking care of you!
