  This is such a unique monument that pays tribute to Vietnam Veterans. They even have a spot for Hmong Veterans who served, my father having served, US Army. For my graduation, I paid tribute to my father here. Because without him, I would not be here. It is a lovely place to visit and sits next to the Peace Rose Garden and you can sit around under the shaded trees or simply gaze at history and the names of those who gave their all.

  Came across the memorial unexpectedly. Very moving. The names of Californians that died in Vietnam are listed. The bronze work is museum grade, very life-like, and extremely detailed. The nurse in the medical scene gives fitting credit to the women that served in Vietnam. My son is learning about Vietnam, I will be taking him to see it. It if s a very fitting memorial.

  Located behind the state capitol building near a beautiful floral garden. Very sobering monument, with lifelike statures depicting war, and the era. Worth visiting.
