  I have been a member at this club for three months now. Two months longer than I wanted to be. After one month, I quickly realized it did not fit into my schedule and I wanted to cancel my membership. I had only signed up for the month to month membership because I am a very busy person and knew it may not work out. Although when trying to cancel my membership I called the Cage about a dozen times with no response and no voicemail box. After going to the Cage I was told that with one email it would be handled. Three emails with no responses later more money was taken from my account. It was the day after the money was withdrawn from my account when I received an email to cancel my membership. I was told by the owner that she was too busy to read all her emails, although she was the one who told me to email her to cancel my membership. When I asked for a refund I was told they do not handle refunds. I guess I just wanted to warn people that this business is run poorly, although the classes are very nice. But if you ever want to cancel a membership, don't expect it to happen quickly.

  Awesome place! Great motivation! Great coaches and experienced fighters. Great one on one help and guide. You will lose pound in just a month of trying it out. Check it out!
