  I recommend The Cabinet & Window Co of Hackensack. They were very helpful with the design of our kitchen and when he ran into a couple small issues they resolved them in a few days. Owner came out to see and took care of us. Very happy with the service.

  This store was a nightmare to work with. The owner is extremely non-responsive. He repeatedly made appointments but then failed to show up. I had a relatively simple order - cabinets and a granite counter for one corner of my kitchen. One of the cabinets was delivered cracked. It took weeks and weeks of phone calls, emails and texts to get them to respond and address the matter. It took another few weeks of calls and emails to get the counter installed. In the end, i received what i ordered, but it took far too much effort.

  Called them to get a quote for my Grandma to replace some windows. They were supposed to call back within 48 hrs to schedule. They never did. Nor did they return my calls. Oh well, my Grandma will just have to suffer another winter with shoddy windows.

  Storefront cabinet dealer near the Home Depot mall in Hackensack. Seems to be a one man shop because my past few visits there the door is locked during normal business hours. There is a note on the door with a cell phone to call someone. Doesn't feel like a good marketing plan to be in a very busy traffic area and not have anyone working there. On top of them being closed I've seen delivery's of cabinets left outside on the sidewalk. Not a good look.
