  I really enjoy living in the building so far. It is fairly quiet, staff are very nice, and I really enjoy the amenities. It was almost too good to be true, but actually, so far has been a great experience. The roof is beautiful, the gyms are usually clean and organized, and the staff has been extremely flexible with any requests I have, they've been great. Yes, there really is a dog cleaning station (it's great). Yes, there really is a chicken coop (cute little guys). Yes, there are media rooms. There are only a couple of issues that I have, that aren't deal breakers by any means, but for paying what you pay, are inconvenient. 1) Package system, mainly that there is no notification system in place, so if I get a surprise package, I have no idea. 2) No mirrors in the parking garage. I've had a few scary encounters turning corners in the garage without knowing anyone is coming, and that applies to exiting the garage with pedestrians! 3) The dog run on the roof does not get cleaned. Other complexes typically clean at least 3x week, but I have never seen it done. Honestly, it smells, and many dogs are becoming ill after going up there. 4) You can let someone in to the building, but they can't get to your apartment. I definitely understand the security risk, though in such a large building, it takes a bit to go get the person from the atrium and bring them back up.

  Still working out the kinks of a new building, but beautiful views, modern and sleek apartments, amazing amenities. Getting packages and their process of maintenance issues in the apartment needs to be strengthened.
