::Got to the restaurant 13 minutes before they closed. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious. I would recommend if the whole shabang as the rub and mild on anything you get. Great experience and thanks for letting us dine in on such a short notice.

::Don't get me wrong,We usually love boiling crab. I was happy that when I walked in to place a to-go order, there was no wait. Well now I know why.... when we got back to our hotel to eat i found out they forgot our 4 orders of corn on the cob, and the 3 orders of rice we ordered was half cooked.

::Great place to get your hands dirty, enjoying the best crab and/or shrimps, some seasoning to choose from and peak how spicy you want it. Sides of fries, boiled red potatoes or corn on the cob. Really nice place to enjoy with friends or the family.

::Spacious, convenient location. Wait is doable (compared to so cal branches, which is usually ~2 hours or more). Parking is difficult/expensive. Only street parking. Expect to walk at least few blocks. Food tastes just like any other BC.

::I have been to this location multiple times, and they have been a pleasant experience. But last night was about the worse. The front hostess was extremely rude, watched us stand by the entrance waiting to be greeted or seated.. as we waited we watched him be extremely rude to the one of the staff, an elderly man named Peter. Peter was so kind and helpful, but seemed intimidated in many ways. At the end of the night I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged an extra $64.95 that was not authorized by me. As I called to complained about my unpleasant visit, I was told by management regarding the unauthorized payment that those kind of mistakes "can happen very often".. I love this place but I will definitely visit a different location.
