Pretty smelly. Even for parrots. Birds looked ok though.

If you love pets, stay away from this store. All of their birds are in cages that are over crowded. We saw them vending at a bird fair and they were selling a love bird who was extremely sick. These guys have a disgusting building with moths everywhere. Once you walk in the bird room, it looks like a prison! Just being honest, don’t go there. If they cleaned up the place nicely, and treated their birds with care, I would give them a better rating. The only reason I’m giving them one star and not 0 is because google requires me to give one star to write a review. This place isn’t even worthy of 1 star. Disgusting and I feel bad for every bird in that building. Also, at the fair, we asked one of them a question about having cuddle bones in stock, and the guy just shrugs his head like he has no idea. These people can’t run a bird store at all. I’ve also seen this business reply to people’s review in a very unprofessional manner. This place just plain sucks. That’s why I’m glad we have exotic bird fairs to buy birds from. I thought the moths were bad from the bird seed I bought from the fair, but no it wasn’t as bad as the bird seed I got from the birds nest. If they took the time and money to make this a really nice place, I’m sure they would be a popular store, but as of now, I highly recommend people to look elsewhere.

I bought a parakeet and he had diarrhea. He's healthy now under my care... but I feel the birds there are not cared for. :(

The store was very lovely except for when I saw the bird room. I saw overcrowded small cages. A few had decent sized cages but they were kept in the cages, lacking human attention. One of the macaws said “hello” to me and my mom but all of them were locked in there cages all the time, it was pretty sad. They even kept a PLUCKER in a cage! It was pretty sad, I just wanted to love them all because they deserve better.
