  Mike provided extraordinary customer service. The bikesmiths have prices that can't be beat and have high quality products. I will definitely be shopping with them again pretty soon.

  I was hating taking my bike because it was so hard to pedal that my knees would hurt. I took my bike to the bikesmith and it was returned it to me as new. The person doing the repair called at home, explain to me what was wrong (in very technical terms which I did not understand so he took his time to explain them to me) and how much it would cost. Then, he asked permission to proceed, instead of doing the work and then giving me the bill. I really appreciated it.

  Nice selection of bikes and good customer service, as they are willing to help you build a bike off a frame or get you parts from their large eBay store. Glad to see this shop doing well.

  Ordered a headlight and taillight on Friday, received them on Monday! And they were on sale at a better price than even Amazon. Will for sure keep them on top of the list next time I need something.
