  I stopped by this store on 26 March 2018 to look at mountain bikes for both myself and my wife. We both had the day off and visited every bike shop in El Paso. The Bicycle Company was by far the biggest disappointment. They didn’t have a selection to look at (3-5 bikes on display). I approached the counter to ask if they had anything else available in the back. The two gentlemen behind the counter wouldn’t even make eye contact with us and treated us like we weren’t there. I left and went to the Trek store on the west side and purchased two new mountain bikes. The quality of selection, cleanliness and professionalism of the employees was far superior at Trek.

  Great bike and customer service. I broke a spoke up on Sotol Ext. brought my bike in and they repaired it same day. Super cool staff, very friendly.

  These guys took the time to explain everything to me prior to buying my bike. Great group of guys, knowledgeable, friendly and they take the time needed to help you. No pressure sales, Excellent shop and Great people
