    I am a Diamond member and stay in the local area often. First time staying at this boutique Hilton hotel. My experience on day one has been phenomenal! The bartender Dave is AWESOME! I rate his customer service on a scale of 1-10, at a 15. This is my new go-to hotel when I travel to this location. John, the food and beverage director, should be the general manager. He checked on me multiple times during my early visit to the restaurant and made me feel like a VIP. My suite was clean, updated, and more than met Hilton standards. Thank you, Hilton Team.

    Great room, clean, and some staff are very professional. Also I slept very well in their beds. Pros: Newly renovated room, well cleaned and mostly nice and professional staff. Cons: I spoke with a concierge about if I could check-in earlier than 3.00pm. The person seemed to be an eastern european sounding lady who kept me for 10 minutes on hold and then just said 'No' very loudly and hanged up the phone. But other employees were professional and nice. Overall impression: I had a great experience and slept well. I do however notice that the service can be a hit or a miss at this place.

    Besides almost slipping and cracking my head open walking in with the wet floor, it was a decent hotel. First off, the location is excellent and the rooms were nice. However, the parking situation was terrible since once I left the "paid" parking garage for the evening, I could not get back in due to it being full! This is unacceptable when you are paying for parking at the hotel. I parked across the street which was actually free on the weekend. Lastly, the staff and manager did not seem very concerned about my fall. Honestly, I probably could have sued them since the wet floor sign was not displayed properly and it was extremely slippery. I am not the kind of person though so I let it slide. Overall, it is a decent hotel but management and parking needs to be improved.

    Was in Bethesda due to family at Walter Reed. Location is great! Rooms modern. However found a BED BUG & had to checkout at 11:30pm & drive home! If you get them in your luggage & bring them home, it can cost $$$$ to get rid of them. Not to mention mental stress! I have a phobia of these insects, I even travel w/ all my own sheets, sleeping bag & a bed bug tent. As silly as it sounds it has helped me sleep in hotels rooms. So the hotel did nothing really. Not even an apology! I even took a picture to show them!! I'm a Hilton member & stay at Hilton hotels a lot. They did not charge me for the 1 night I found the bug. But that was it! Be Aware!! Had to buy a heater to make sure luggage & clothes did not have any hitch hiking bugs, so cost me even more $$.

    Upon arrival of stay I was impressed with service, hotels decor and cleanliness, over I was initially impressed. Concierge was great Chelsea was on point! After checking my credit card a week later I saw that I was charged an extra $52. After numerous attempts to contact someone I finally spoke to an unprofessional employee of concierge that told me as I was told once before when I called that I was charged for breakfast. Well that was impossible because I left hotel before breakfast even started, as I was there for work and my start time was at 7!! I was told by the unprofessional concierge that they would check with kitchen and that they would call me back after they spoke with them!! That was 3 days ago! Chelsea was great. Iā€™d called continuously, hoping I would speak with her and she would straighten issue out as she gained my trust. Well I will never return to this hotel as I feel I was taken advantage of there and hotel cares nothing about their paying patrons. Hilton has been disappointing me for years and that will do it for me Very unhappy!
