    I worked on a rescue crew during Hurricane Harvey, the Beignet Bus came out to us in Orange County, Tx and served us free beignets for several days! They were incredible. Thank y’all for saving us from MRE’s!

    Just saw the bus for the first time. Had to stop and give it a try. Very glad I did! Had the “piece maker” and the “sweet”. Both were excellent! The powdered beignets rival the doughnuts at Lili’s Bistro. If you haven’t tried those... well, you have my condolences.
