  The quality of food is not worth the poor customer service and unprofessional attitude you may receive. I work in this building and today was my third and last time visiting the Bean Counter. This place has great potential IF they hire the right individuals, which, sadly, they have not. Instead, the place is run by unseasoned, immature children who lack the type of interpersonal and general customer service skills needed to operate an establishment like this. This morning, I walked up to the counter and grabbed a warm breakfast sandwich. I then proceeded to ask her about their frozen coffee options, before ordering a bagel, to be toasted, with cream cheese. The cashier was somewhat pleasant until I simply questioned her, towards the end of our transaction, as she handed me my bagel, whether or not she'd had on gloves. From my view, I saw her grab the bagels out of the toaster with her hands and did not see that she had only one glove on. So, when she handed me my food, I politely asked if she'd worn gloves. She defensively said yes, showing me the one hand that had a glove on it. She then rudely shoved my food at me and proceeded to help other customers, without a "thank you" or "have a nice day." In this day and age where we are all trying to protect ourselves from contagious viruses, I doubt I was wrong for simply inquiring as to the safety of my food! That said, again, the quality of the food is NOT worth the demeaning treatment!

  The customer service is great, but twice they have sold me rotten chicken in their grab and go salad. Hope they can fix this issue and get fresh food.

  I love the salmon salads! Please keep them on the menu. I get this every single day for lunch.

  They are located in the lobby of the 191 Peachtree office building which is open to the public. They server Batdorf & Bronson coffee. They have all freshly baked in house treats including cookies, brownies, cupcakes, scones, coffee cakes, etc. They serve hot items as well and have grab-n-go salads, yogurt parfait cups. The cinnamon coffee cake is fantastic! Great for hot or iced coffee. They also serve Numi organic tea's. There is casual seating and free wifi provided in the lobby with an amazing view of the open atrium. They also have bagels and chicken biscuits in the morning for breakfast. They do catering as well for local businesses. There is fresh fruit available on the counter and mixed fruit cups in the cooler for grab-n-go. They also do handcrafted holiday special drinks! So you can get your pumpkin spice latte or salted caramel goodness fix and holiday cheer in a cup. The staff is very proud of their quality coffee and fresh baked goods; which are worth it! Batdorf & Bronson coffee is roasted locally in Atlanta on Monday’s and delivered on Tuesday’s. They carry soy milk, almond milk, skim milk, 2%. They do not make Frappuccino so on the bright side, the amount of fake coffee drinkers that are here is very low.
