::You feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Michelle, the owner, is bright, warm and incredibly kind. Her teaching style is easy to follow and makes you feel strong and great about your body. All of the instructors are amazing - I've had class with every one and can attest to their infectious energy, amazing moves and encouraging style. You'll be hooked from the first class! The Barre Code sets itself apart by offering a variety of classes from regular barre to barre+cardio to cardio kick boxing and more. A variety of class and time offerings, coupled with excellent people and a beautiful space make for a studio that is second to none in Cincinnati. Hands down the best workout in town.

::I have been so happy that The Barre Code opened up downtown. It's walking distance to my office and class times have added great variety. The studio recently doubled the number of instructors, which has been great. The class formats have a lot of variety: strength only, cardio mixture, heavy cardio. Every week there are new routines and each instructor does a different routine with many different props. So pleased that I even bought the year membership!

::Highly recommend this studio! I'm new to barre this was my first experience with this type of a workout. The price for membership here is the best around. You won't find anyone else that compares. On top of that? The workouts are SO MUCH FUN! I've done the classic barre code workout with Alexa and Christi. Both have been challenging but they are so positive and push you to work harder. I leave with a smile on my face very time. The facilities are so clean and the changing area for customers is stocked with products to help refresh yourself after a workout. They also sell super cute barre/workout clothes on site. If you plan to do barre in Cincinnati...you have to go to the Barre Code.

::If you are looking for a low impact workout that lengthens and defines your muscles and feels more like 50 minutes of 'all about you' time - The Barre Code Cincinnati is for you! I moved downtown 3 years ago and have been waiting for a great barre studio to open and it finally has! If you are like me, I'm not into jumping around or feeling awkward with odd dance moves - but I want to see results of my hard work in a relatively short period of time. BARRE CODE DOES THAT! Small isometric movements leave your legs, thighs, butt and abs shaking like jello which is a good thing!! I am 53 years old and absolutely love this workout - and you will see all shapes and sizes in the class and it is never about comparing. Instead it is about leaving stronger and more confident than you walked in! The instructors are incredibly motivating and they are great about giving one-on-one instruction to make sure you are using the correct form to get the most out of your workout. The studio feels more like a spa when you walk in with beautiful aroma therapy, great workout clothes in the front to get a little retail therapy, and fantastic changing stations and lockers with the necessary amenities to freshen up immediately after class if you are off to work or a glass of wine with friends.
