  I absolutely love The Bar Method, Closter. All of the instructors are fantastic. Friendly, focused, helpful yet incredibly challenging. Such a perfect balance. The front desk is always friendly and helpful with inquiries. And I ask a lot of questions! Not to mention Shirley, the owner is wonderful and is always offering client specials on packages! Give it a try. You will love it!

  I started in July 2017 using the introductory month special. The first few classes were tough but I was determined to stick out the 30 days. I liked the welcoming atmosphere starting at the front desk, always helpful and answering all of my questions. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, always providing positive reinforcement for challenging yourself or modifications in order to get the most from any of the exercises. I found myself getting stronger, looking & feeling better. I’m more aware of my posture thanks to the constant reminders in class to maintain good form throughout the workout. I like the low impact of the classes while building muscle & endurance. There has been no downside for me and here I am just completing my 100th class!

  I have never experienced a workout where I have been so motivated to come again. Bar Method has made me feel physically and mentally stronger. The instructors also are amazing! They offer you options to get an experience that is best for you. It is a workout for all ages. The studio is very clean. Thank you Bar Method Closter!

  RUN, Do not walk to The Bar Method if you want to tone, strengthen and sculpt your body. And get an AMAZING killer workout. The Bar Method is for both Men and Women and will literally reshape your muscles around every joint and tendon so they stay young and injury free. From beginner to advanced this class is designed for all. Every instructor is trained extensively to properly help correct and align your posture and workout. And they are all super nice. Why spend hours upon hours at 2-3 different excersize classes when you get all of them rolled into 1 at The Bar Method. Go!!! BEST WORKOUT HANDS DOWN.
