  I found Bar Method Scarsdale 2 years ago and have been addicted ever since! It’s my favorite way to start my day. The classes are challenging, energetic, motivating AND rewarding. The instructors are all around amazing - each with their own unique flair that I look forward to every time. Thank you for your dedication to kicking butt! x

  I am just ending my one month trial period and I have to say that I’m loving it! No intimidation. No stress. It’s really been a wonderful experience and on top of all of that my body is completely changing. I’ve been working out for basically ever but this is the change that I needed. Thanks sara and the gang there for getting me to go go go!

  What's not to love!! A great workout, friendly, smiling faces, fabulous instructors and staff! The Bar Method/Scarsdale is the place to be! The instructors make sure your form is correct and they encourage you to be the best you! So motivational, I can't say enough. Since starting at The Bar Method I feel much stronger and much more balanced. : ) : )

  Before The Bar Method, I could not touch my toes and my back fat was out of control. After 4 weeks of classes 3x p/week, my finger tips are touching the floor and my bras do not fit as tightly. My posture has also improved. The change is gradual and I enjoy seeing each milestone. Sure and steady wins the race!

  OBSESSED! I love this place. It's beautiful, clean, sunny. The teachers are fantastic and engaging and know you by name in your class. I've been 10 times and I already notice a difference in my body. This is hands down the best workout experience I have had in my entire life. I wish I knew about it sooner. It's worth every penny. I will wake up at the crack of dawn on the weekend after being up all night with my kids to go here and I feel great after. Sara, the owner, is also just the funniest, nicest, most engaging and responsive business owner. You can really feel her energy throughout the entire place.
