  This is what thrift stores are supposed to be. Small out of the way places - that you would pass by on the street. Not the football sized corporate run thrift stores that you know, because of the internet age - all the good stuff has. It been claimed by employees on the behalf of their operations for exclusive inclusion behind that "glass case" which awaits every customer has they enter. No you might actually find good nuggets here and there in your thrift store haul. Try this place out - you will not be disappointed- unless you have been converted to the shopping mall thrift store experience. In north town, where dare I say it - thrift stores are supposed to be - to help the population. If your thrift store is located in Summerlin or Spring Mountain Ranch then you are not a thrift store - you are a second hand discount store, and you cater to the gotta get me a 70's outfit for a party crowd. With that being said, the 70s are alive and well at The Attic. On the outside are colorful murals, the ramp which leads you to the entrance elevates you above the street - where you can see the largest weed shop in north Las Vegas in all it's commercial glory. To enter - you have to ring a buzzer, as if you are asking to be granted access to an exclusive prohibition era bar. Once allowed in you are of course greeted by the cashier, and their glass case of goodies - no thrift store can escape the glass case of goodies, which you should always look at first. The Attic has a wide range of usable items, not just clothes, but kitchen wares, office supplies, bathroom items and other things people need - but might have run out of, living on less than minimum wage - and cannot pick up essentials quickly from your local target. They even have a membership - which was quick to set up. This membership allows even more deals. All thrift store hunters- try this place out, make it part of your store on your thrift store haul days. When I was there there were two vehicles for sale. Yes two vehicles - beat that corporate thrift!

  I love coming here, everything is affordable which helps me and my family also low income families a lot. Pete is very friendly and is always there. He cares about his customers very nice guy. Very clean place too and organized.
