::I normally don''t review every little thing (like the rest of the world), but I was annoyed everytime I saw this guy's one star review. This is a courthouse, not a restaurant, it's not even a business. It's pointless to rate or review this type of establishment. I can't stand when people write bitchy, negative reviews, for non businesses that don't care if you're unhappy with their mode of operation. When because things don't go their way, they review everything, so its silly, and ineffective. Whats the point ? Are you going to review a sidewalk, if you trip on it? Are you going to review dogs, if you step in dog poo? Reviewing a courthouse is equally stupid. A courthouse doesn't go out of business, nor do they have to bend over backwards for their customers approval. It's a government building. That's that. One star reviews tend to deter people from going.. I hope this balances it out. It's worth a visit, if you've got legal matters. Btw they were most likely trying to advise this guy not to follow thru with his case, if it sounded anything like the tone of his review. There's usually a reason when they ask about the case and advise against it. Why waste tax dollars on court preceedings, without a viable case to be heard. If he's so unhappy he wasted 3 hrs, imagine how he's gonna feel after investing even more time and money on a case, and it gets thrown out!

::I just returned from spending 3 1/2 hours waiting on line and then finally seeing someone, and my one recommendation is to change your name to "Let us talk you out of your claim." I went down there because they had advertised that they could "Help" someone going through the court system and all I wanted was for some guidance in completing the forms for small claims. But all they wanted to do was to hear my claim and try to talk me out of it and , oh yeah, they gave me forms to complete (which I had already obtained from the website) First the person at the desk had to give me his unwanted opinion of the merits of my claim. Then the person there to help me wanted to go through the whole claim and give me his unwanted opinion, and oh yeah, he gave me some forms. I went there for guidance in filling out those forms and all I got was unwanted advice and I still need to complete the forms on my own. SUCH A BIG WASTE OF TIME, but how was I to know. Many, many of the other people were there for literally hours for who knows what but if you need help with small claims , save your valuable time and DO NOT GO HERE.
