  It's been 20 years since I've been to a TGI Fridays and after tonight I remember why. The 2 star is for the burger. It actually wasn't horrible and I did like the pimento cheese spread on it. It's a strong taste so if you don't like that this burger is not for you. The rest of the tables food is a 1 at best. The food was cold and simply not good. To top of the large bill for subpar food the sensors in the bathroom did not work on the sinks or paper towels. On a brighter note the server was very nice and did a decent job.

  Staff is always helpful, professional, and fast. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. I visit this restuarant often and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Try the Jack Sliders...yum.

  There was no line or waiting but it literally took over a half hour to get our second thing of apps when we ordered the endless apps. They took all but 4 took choose from with the Endless apps. The potatoes skins looked like they had a piece of great value cheese on it. Not impressed. This was at the downtown location. The keystone one wouldn't take our table of 9.

  Tony was our server and he was amazing. Meagan greeted us at the door and was so hospitable and welcoming. Alita made my drink from the bar and it was by far the best margarita I'd ever gotten eating out. There was so much awesome service and it seemed as if everyone was happy we were there. The service was catered to perfection including two servers named Darren and Erin stopping by to make sure we were satisfied and enjoying everything we ordered. I'm happy we decided to stop here for lunch. This Friday's and it's staff are exceptional! Thanks for being so amazing!

  We recently had our work Christmas lunch for 20 people here. The staff did a GREAT job. All of our food came out at the same time. And, everything was delicious. We will definitely be having more group lunches at TGI Friday's Indianapolis location!
