  Absolutely awful. Go visit them at "Suite 311" and see what a scam they are. It is nothing but a PO Box. After they make a mess of your property you will never be able to find them. Would you want your child's leg to get stuck down this shaft due to their error in measurement?

  I have my pool installed by TFI Pool Service on June, 2017. I was a little afraid because the reviews I found on Internet but I decided to give them the chance since I was observing the installation during the entire process. However, I have to separate my review in sections. 1. Service: Their service is just okay. They don't work for free! Even the estimated cost me $45 and if you do the work with them, they will deduct that money from the total cost. Tony came to my home, evaluate the project and explained to me all the steps to expect to make this project complete. Also, he filled up the town application for me. I recommend you to ask as many question as you have since after that is almost impossible to contact him back again. You have to call his office and his secretary will return your call with any question you have. Also, they are hard to response your emails. So, regarding to their customer service I would give them a 2.5 Stars. 2. Installation: Wow! BOB and his crew are the people you want to work at your home. He called me early in the morning to confirm the appointment and their were at home on time. They worked fast and always with care.They are very knowledge about what they doing. Bob explained to me every single question I had and his responses were very well funded. As a Civil Engineer I don't like excuses and I know when people is trying to lie but this people meet my expectations. I give them 5 Stars!!! 3. Price: This company is not expensive or cheaper. They have reasonable prices but don't expect they will do something extra for free. But who will work for free??? So, I am ok with the price they charged me. I give them 4 Stars. 4. Office Location: Forget about it! I have not idea if they actually have physical office. I you planning to stop by them, well... let me tell you that that is not going to happen. I give them 1 Star. 5. Conclusion: Overall, looks like the service for pool installation is excellent. I haven't try them yet to close or open my pool since my pool is brand new. Would be nice to receive from them a letter to make suggestions to their business but I hope they can read my review. They need to improve their customer service. They did a great job at my home and my family is very happy with our new pool. But again, when I send an email, I'm expecting a response and that is where they are failing. Nowadays, taking care of your customers is as much important as the work your are doing for them. I am giving them 5 Stars since I wanted my pool to be installed in a quality and professional manner and that is what I got. However, TFI PLEASE, IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! YOU COULD BE THE BEST COMPANY.

  Horrible service. Never have I attempted to work with such unprofessional people. Canceled a site survey the day before the appointment with a voice mail but the worker still showed up and was angry because we decided to use another more sophisticated pool service. If you enjoy rude and childish behavior, then by all means I recommend this group.
