  This cred union is big on pushing Hispanic biz. You have to listen to spanish mssg on phone. Very slow service, minimal staff who act put out by customers. Bardin or Bowen branches r btr. If you want efficient service, no fees dont bank here-they nail you for everything!

  I wish I could give it a zero. They use to open at 8 and for myself it was easy to help my grandma out by stopping before work and getting money for her. Now I have to be late to work. I hope this bank really works out better hours to make it convenient for existing and potential vustomers. My personal bank opens at 7:30 am and it's not even a big name corporation. I wouldn't put my hard earned money in a bank I couldn't access. This is the reason I do not do business with Texas Trust.

  Made arrangements to come in and get a new debit card. Came in to get it, was greeted and seated and was told just a moment while they finish up on current customer. I was next w same advisory, who promptly passed me to help a woman whom just waltz in and got service for a new checkbook order. When that lady was done with her, she came back to me and said she was ready now. When i confronted the advisor why she helped the other lady first when she knew i was waiting and next, her reply was "She is a valued customer and made plans ahead on the phone to come in real quick to get it done fast." I said so did i, we spoke on the phone also.... She changed the subject and went to go get my card. When she came back, I closed my accounts and gave back the debit card.

  Inside has been remodeled and looks nice. Staff is friendly and remember your name. Been with them over 20 years

  Longtime member. Definitely a great credit union.
