  I like TT. But..First time at this location. The boom box in the lobby is very annoying. Currently listening to "get your sexy on" while sitting next to my two year old.

  There is no rating lower then one star????? I have a secured credit card through Texas Trust and was sending my payments in. I received a letter stating they wasn't receiving my payments. I went in to the branch and was told they had changed the address. I took a branch card with the correct address and started sending my payments in to the new address. Two months later a received another letter that my payments was not being received. Again I went to the branch and they couldn't tell me why they wasn't receiving my payments. In my frustration I decided to walk my payments in. I walked in and made one payment and went across the street to make a purchase and was told there was no money in my account. I went back across the street to the branch and complained. The little fellow at the counter looked at my account and said "Oh, I put the money in somebody else's account." No apology at all. As soon as I can, I am ditching them!!!!!!!!

  Texas Trust Credit Union has consistently the most horrible customer service that I have ever experienced. Horrible wait lines outside and that's with no one in line ahead of you. Horrible hold times as they pertain to deposits. No one there is going to be in any hurry what so ever to help you do your banking and I realize that should be directed towards the management of Texas Trust. Today.....I deposited a CASHIERS CHECK and was told it would be 2 days because of the amount. Really? I would understand if it was a personal check but a cashiers check? My husband and I have banked here for a long time and have several accounts but I'm thinking its time to move on.

  I just got a car loan through Texas Trust about a month ago and I already hate it. The website is not user friendly and won't let me do any kind of bill pay, adding of external accounts, or anything else really. I tried the app for my phone, same thing. I have tried calling almost every day over the last TWO WEEKS and have NEVER talked to a human being. I always end up on hold for an hour or better before finally giving up. This is absurd. What kind of institution operates this way in this day and age? I cannot wait until I can find another place to refinance my loan so I can get away from Texas Trust. Horrible.
