::I cannot say enough positive things about Rod and Mia Flowers and Texas Tile House. From the moment that I popped into their storefront to completion of the week long mini-gut of my teenager’s gross upstairs bathroom, they were friendly, easy to talk to, reassuring, accommodating and professional. After 10 minutes of explaining what I needed, Rod said, “We will make it beautiful” and he delivered. Communication was prompt and courteous. Workmen were on time, friendly and polite...each introducing themselves when they came into the house. For me personally, this is a simple thing but so very important and impressive. The workmen were skilled and meticulous. The end of each workday clean up and ultimate end of project clean up was phenomenal! The team of workers, Rod and his wife Mia worked together like a well-oiled machine — I never questioned the work flow and all knew what the other was doing...so very refreshing. Rod is a perfectionist and has a keen eye and works to make sure that your project is exactly what you want. We would have Texas Tile House back for another project in a heartbeat. Every home improvement should go this fabulous! EXCELLENT experience!!

::Rod flowers and his company, Texas Tile House, have done multiple renovations in our home. The latest was installing quartz countertops in the kitchen. To say I am happy would be a major understatement! Love, love, love my countertops! Rod and his crew did an amazing job! Thanks so much!

::I found Texas Tile House after an extensive research online. I crossed different information and reviews to include them in a bid with other 3 companies. Their price was intermediate, but since the first meeting I liked Rod's (the owner) engagement and how he was really listening to our ideas. He suggested alternatives that we couldn't see, and it was crucial to have the best outcome and lower the cost. TTH has a multidisciplinary team like floor, electricity, cabinetry, painting, doors and windows guys, and they are really specialists in their fields. It was our first remodeling experience as homeowners in the US, so I don't need to say how concerned we were about the execution, the quality, team management and cost. It was way better that I could imagine, because besides the team is very extremely professional, clean and efficient, Rod is an excellent project manager. The renovation cost and deadline were fulfilled to the letter, the communication is clear and efficient, and I didn't experience any stress or inconvenience during the three weeks of work. I had my first floor carpet replaced by engineered hardwood, the formal living room became an amazing office and the entry hall was painted (some pictures attached). Based on my experience, I'm excited to recommend Texas Tile House to anyone who wants to be satisfied with home remodeling as I am!

::I had previously used TTH for a bathroom remodel about 6 years ago and they did a great job. So, I contacted them back in late September about getting a quote for some flooring work in my home to go hand in hand with a remodel project being done by another contractor. The owner, Rod Flowers, came out on the 4th of October and took some measurements and said he would have something to me in 2 days. Still nothing on the 7th, but I let it ride because I had other things going on as well. I had a chance to stop by after work on the Monday following and the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and explained that Rod was slammed with several different projects going on at once and had 3 quotes waiting to be finalized. For quality work, I'm willing to wait a little bit longer, so I bit my tongue. The woman I spoke with asked that I give him until that Thursday (13th) and if I didn't get anything to please call them. I was tied up at work on Friday and couldn't call. They are closed on Saturdays, so I finally had a chance to call early the next week, Still not done and I was promised that they would make sure Rod was aware that I had called, again. So, due to an earlier shift at work today, I had a chance to stop by. The estimate is still incomplete three weeks later. I realize companies get busy and growth comes with some pains, but the courtesy of even a phone call to explain a delay would have been appreciated and may have even kept my business. To treat a return customer like this, especially after I had recommended them to several people through various social media applications and personally to friends and family is extremely disheartening.
