  Worst place ever!!! Staff are RUDE AND INCOMPETENT!!! The NUTSE DIDNT EVEN DO FINAL VITAL SIGNS CHKS ON A PATIENT AND THW STAFF DIDNT JNIW WHO THE PATIENT EVEN WAS!! Called 5 times to be hung up on by the rude employee !! Now the phone has been ringing for 20 mins straight ... who

  I am not happy with this facility. My sister is a resident. Several incidents has happened which will be investigated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Terrible. Long story short most of the staff was rude and made me, a patient, feel I was a bother. They didn't give my medications right and didn't know how to use my feeding tube correctly. Because of this my feeding tube became clogged and I nearly had to go back to the hospital to fix it. I asked to be discharged because of the poor care and not feeling well cared for or safe. The little bit I slept I kept my wallet and phone under my pillow because I was worried about things being stolen. The place wasn't clean either. I asked my mom to help me get out of there and nurse manager threatened to call the police and social services if I left. We simply said we would be glad to talk to the police and social services about the horrible care I was receiving and magically the manager was able to discharge me. When I got home and was getting my meds ready to take I didn't recognize some of the names of the medications. Then I realized they had sent me home with some one else's medications, five of them. I almost took some one else's medications. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

  DO NOT BRING OR LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE INTO THIS FACILITY!!!!!! WENT TO GO VISIT MY MOM HERE AND EITHER THE STAFF OR A RESIDENT STOLE MY WALLET OUT OF MY BACKPACK IN MY MOTHERS ROOM!!!
