::Remarkable customer service! I was helping my parents move into their new house and of course on move in day all but one of the toilets were working. Texas Plumbing Repair made it easy to get someone to come out and resolve the toilet issue quickly. Plus we couldn't of asked for a better plumber. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, took no time at all diagnosing the problem, and had all the needed parts with him so we were not left waiting for parts to come in.

::Outstanding customer service!!! Positive, straight forward and very knowledgeable. Committed to having a plumber on site within a few hours (non-emergency) and kept me updated as to his arrival. I actually called to cancel because of stump and root problems I thought needed to be taken care of first...Justin advised me to let his plumber take a look at the situation and advise as to the best solution. It turned out to be a job best suited for my sprinkler guy because of other related issues with my system. Although he said he could definitely take care of the leak, I told him thank you for the advice and he shook my hand and went to his next job. No charge!
