  Terrible expierence here! The doctor (Dr. Douglas) was extremely VAGUE and just gave me a blank look the whole time I told him what was going on, looked annoyed the whole time I talked to him. I went there for dizziness, weakness, and trouble swallowing/neck pain and he tells me there going to do an ekg and go from there. 20 mins later the X-ray tech walks in who was absolutely wonderful, she was extremely sweet and made me feel super comfortable! Then the dr walks back in and tells me he’s not sure what’s going on with my neck but he don’t think it’s anything! I was sitting there still confused on why I wasted my money AND time to come in for ONLY an ekg! Then the nurse walks back in with paperwork and was extremely sarcastic and rude. Asks me if I’m still dizzy and I told him yes, CONSIDERING THEY COULDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO GIVE ME A PILL THERE UNTIL I COULD GET THE MECLIZINE FILLED. Then after I told him it’s gotten worse since I’ve gotten here, he tells me There’s no reason I should think I have something “serious” going on and no not in a sincere kind way, very sarcastic demeanor and literally just sat there and continued to be sarcastic by telling me “there’s this thing called vertigo”, he knew I worked at an ER and knows I KNOW WHAT VERTIGO IS. Seemed like the whole point in the discharge was to basically tell me I shouldn’t THINK things in my head so here I am TWO HOURS LATER with nothing done but an ekg and STILL dizzy sitting at home. NOT TO MENTION WHEN I WAS LEAVING, HE THOUGHT I HAD WALKED OUT THE DOOR AND SAID “JEEEEEEZ” to THE DR AND X-RAY TECH LIKE I HAD JUST WASTED HIS TIME! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS AND ESPECIALLY TO TALK ABOUT A PATIENT LIKE THEY JUST COMPETELY JUST WASTED YOUR VALUABLE TIME WHEN YOU HAVE TWO PATIENTS IN THE WHOLE ER!?!? I understand the ER is to rule out emergencies, and that’s understandable but it’s a little unethical to send a patient home feeling the exact same way they came in after you tell them YOU DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON cause you did nothing but an EKG! Needless to say, I will never go back there and left there feeling even worse then when I came in!

  Very friendly staff got me in right away, took care of me quickly & was able to go back home relatively quickly. One less star because my bed was messed up and wouldn’t go up & down properly.

  The staff worked quick and were very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. The Dr. was awesome and really made me feel better with his knowledge of my exact situation... I would definitely use this location again first choice over bigger emergency rooms. Although I had to pay a large ER Co-pay when I think this facility would be more in the ranks of an urgent care setting.

  $759 for a visit and two shots in the butt. And this was recommended by BCBS. I've played less without insurance at the ER with blood work and an IV. I've played under $100 at care now without insurance. What a bunch of goons.

  Fin could give them negative stars , trust me we would. My sister just came up there after coughing up blood and they didn’t even do anything like take X-rays or check her out. The “dr” said “ it sounds like pneumonia but with paying your co pay, you’re gonna have to leave!” Now my sister is in the EMERGENCY ROOM!! Worst most racist staff ever!! They were so rude to her! Then they put on her discharge paper that she had a cough and she didn’t look sick! Huh?!? No ma’am! In the medical field you know first off that you NEVER go off of how a patient looks! We are not taking this lightly!
