  Soooo I decided to give them another try and brought my 16 yr old daughter to get her ID. We arrived at 9:15a, got a number and it's now 12:34p and haven't been called yet. 😕 I'm not sure when this office will improve its customer service but it needs to happen soon.

  The service line is taking too long. We have been waiting for more than 5 hours and still have not been called.

  This place is a circus. No where to park to even get into the building. Great job.

  Unbelievably inefficient. Went through 7 numbers in 90 minutes. I have never experienced such insanity just to get a license. I would rather have gasoline poured in my eyes than come back again. Update: this is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. My living body will never step foot in this place again. They had one person working the whole time. One lady took an 80 minutes lunch break. Took me 2 hrs 45 min to get to #24 from #8. I would give minus 10 stars if I could.

  Nice office building and staff is friendly. With that being said, the wait time for my son to get his TX I.D. was well over 2 hours. Only one attendant to assist everyone in the office and she took more than 30 minutes with each person. I appreciate this office being in the area but the customer service is ridiculous. DPS could do a lot better by providing another attendant to assist with​ clients needs.
